- 6 oz. smoked salmon (Admiral of the Fleet - Smoked Salmon)
- 2 oz. capers, chopped
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Dill for garnish
Combine cream cheese, capers, lemon zest and juice, salt, and pepper. Spread on toast points; top with smoked salmon and dill.
