Entree is Getting a Touch Up

As the ecommerce world evolves at a rapid rate, Ben E. Keith Foods is working hard to give customers the online purchasing experience they expect in 2025. With this in mind, in late June, our Entree eCommerce platform will be releasing a handful of updates to the site to make the user's purchasing process more efficient and enjoyable. Keep in mind, these changes will not affect the current purchasing process for our customers. Some of what you should expect to see are:

  • A refreshed look and feel of entrée (colors, fonts, icons, buttons, etc..)
  • A Redesigned Home Page with new layout and sections
  • Enhanced Product Detail Pages with more relevant information at the top of the page, eliminating the need to scroll for information
  • New placement of core entrée functions
    • No more “Hamburger” menu - rather, a tab system with dropdowns
    • Options like Lists, Orders are accessible with 1 click
    • A new “Services” menu that contains all other features previously accessed through the “Hamburger” menu
      • Manage Users, Inventory Valuation, Customer Reports, eMenuManage
      • Users can access Help Center, Site Feedback, Contact Us and Host Services through the new “Services” menu
  • A more personalized feeling when using the site
    • The user's name next to the  ‘Create Order’ button in the sub header
    • User initials and Profile Image on User Menu dropdown
