- 4- 6 oz. Admiral of the Fleet salmon portions
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 4 tbsp. ponzu sauce
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 c. mixed salad greens
- 1 bunch of broccoli sprouts
- 1 c. cherry tomatoes, sliced
- pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 F
Make a quick marinade with soy sauce, ponzu sauce, honey and pepper.
Heat butter in a saute pan over medium-high heat until melted. Add the salmon portions to the pan; sear portions for 3-4 minutes and transfer the pan to the oven for 10-12 minutes, until the tops of the salmon are golden.
Serve over a bed of salad greens, broccoli sprouts and garnish with cherry tomatoes.
