RECIPE: Admiral of the Fleet Garlic Salmon


  • 1 Admiral of the Fleet Whole Salmon fillet (cut into 6 oz portions)
  • 2 oz. capers
  • 2 oz. cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 4 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 oz. olive oil
  • salt & pepper


Heat oven to 350 F.

Clean, rinse and pat dry the fillet.

Place salmon fillet—skin side down on a baking sheet or in a shallow pan.

season salmon with salt & pepper, garlic olive oil and squeeze lemon over the top. 

Bake the fish for 15-18 minutes at 350 F. The salmon is done when it flakes easily when tested with a fork.

When done, remove from oven, and serve with sauteed capers and cherry tomatoes.
