If you’re looking to treat your sweet-salty tooth, look no further!

- 4 Sweet potatoes
- 1 Tbsp Unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Tulkoff Chopped Roasted Garlic
- 1 tsp Thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Wash the potatoes and make 1/8 inch slices along each one, stopping 1/2 inch from the bottom.
In a small bowl, mix butter, olive oil, Chopped Roasted Garlic and thyme. Brush the mixture over potatoes, getting in between the slices. Season with salt and pepper.
Place potatoes on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 60 minutes, or until the insides are tender and the outsides are crisp.
