The purpose of the Night Warehouse Manager is to plan and manage the daily workload of night warehouse personnel to ensure activities are performed effectively and efficiently. • Oversee and monitor recruiting, training, scheduling and management of all night warehouse personnel to ensure Ben E. Keith operational objectives are met and maintained. • Perform management tasks to maximize productivity of personnel and maintain adequate staffing levels. • Maintain a safe, clean and functional environment for all shift associates to meet or exceed regulatory or third party inspections. • Monitor operations to ensure Branch and Company productivity, safety, error and turnover goals are met or exceeded. • Perform administrative tasks to ensure the proper and timely completion of paperwork, including time/wage reporting, daily receipts and other required documentation. • Supervise duties for night warehouse personnel and management teams. • Conduct performance appraisals as directed. • Provide feedback and assistance to direct reports.
