Position Summary:

At Ben E. Keith Company, we know the quality of our I.T. services directly impacts the success of our internal and external customers. As a Desktop Support Analyst II, you’ll combine technical expertise with strong problem-solving and communication skills to deliver swift, effective resolutions. You will provide high-quality, client-side desktop support to more than 300 associates at our Corporate and 777 Main General Office locations, while also assisting with remote support across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate is humble in their approach, motivated to deliver exceptional customer service, and skilled at diagnosing and resolving a wide variety of technology issues.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve end-user technical issues with professionalism and urgency.
  • Image, configure, and deploy workstations.
  • Install and update software and patches using automated tools.
  • Manage and maintain workstation hardware and software inventory.
  • Perform diagnostic testing and repair of workstations and peripheral devices.
  • Assist with training sessions to support technology adoption and use.
  • Provide support for PCs, mobile devices, productivity software, audio-visual equipment, and other technologies.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of professional client-side user support experience.
  • Expertise with  Windows 10 to Windows OS, macOS, iPhones, and iPads.
  • Experience supporting Office 365, including Microsoft Teams.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Hands-on experience with computer hardware and system imaging.
  • Familiarity with audio-visual equipment and VOIP phone systems.
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems and workflow management, experience with Jira Service Management is a plus. 
  • Basic knowledge of network setup and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of ITIL is a plus.
  • A+ and HDI certifications preferred.
  • Valid Texas driver’s license required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
