Position Summary and Responsibilities:

The purpose of the Night Shipping Auditor is to ensure BEK product selected for delivery is correct, accurate, and wholesome

  • Inspect selector pallets in the warehouse during the shift to ensure order accuracy.
  • Observe all outbound pallets to minimize damage during the delivery process and to ensure they are in good shipping order.
  • Collaborate with designated supervisors to coordinate and train employees that have repeated errors during selection and/or delivery to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Maintain awareness of all work environments to ensure operational safety during assigned shift.
  • Follow up on deliveries to dark drop accounts to ensure all products have been delivered correctly and accounted for.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Favorable driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
  • Ability to read and interpret rules/guidelines, operating and maintenance instructions
  • Good computer skills; ability to learn internal applications
  • Able to work in extreme temperatures (cold and hot)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with and train others
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks as needed
  • High School graduate or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
