Rusty Mathis, General Manager

Rusty Mathis joined the Ben E. Keith family in 1994. He began his career in the Little Rock Division as a District Sales Rep and worked his way up to a Sales Manager. He made the move from the Little Rock to the Albuquerque Division to assume the role of Assistant General Manager and later was promoted to General Manager where he served for four years. Rusty returned to Little Rock in 2007 and now serves as the General Manager of the Little Rock Division.

Rick Gammill, Asst. General Manager

Rick began his career with Ben E. Keith in 1983, with our Little Rock Division as a District Sales Rep and then on to become a District Sales Manager in 1997. Rick became the Assistant General Manager in 2000.

Hershal Parker, Director of Purchasing

Hershal started with Ben E. Keith in 1982, as a Produce Manager in the Little Rock Division. In 1990, Hershal moved on to one of our competitors, gaining knowledge in several areas of the food industry before returning to Ben E. Keith in 2006 to assume the position of Director of Purchasing.

Rick Thomas, Operations Manager

Rick came to Ben E. Keith in 1997, with 19 years of previous experience in the food service industry. He started as an Inventory Control Manager with the San Antonio Division and was transferred to the Little Rock Division in 2005, to assume the position of Operations Manager.

Roderick Ashworth, Director of Transportation

Roderick started his career with Ben E. Keith in 2005, as routing supervisor in the Transportation Department. In June of 2006, he was promoted to the position of Transportation Manager.

Scott Treadwell, Marketing Manager

Scott joined Ben E. Keith in 2009, as a District Sales Representative with more than ten years of previous experience as a District Sales Manager, Sales Trainer, and as a Director of Purchasing and Marketing. Scott advanced to his current position of Marketing Manager in February of 2010.

Veta Goree, Human Resource Manager

Veta started with Ben E. Keith in 1998 as Operations Administrative Assistant. In October of 2005, she was moved to the role of Human Resources Manager.

Anita Ott, Credit Manager

Anita joined the Ben E. Keith team in 2003, with over 15 years of credit and accounting experience. Before her career she attended Harding University and Phillips County Community College where she majored in Computer Science and Accounting.

Chad Newman, Information Systems Manager

Chad joined the Ben E. Keith Company in 1997, as the Branch I.S. Support Specialist and assumed the role of Beverage Manager as well until February of 2003 when he was moved into the role of I.S. Support Manager. Chad handles two distribution centers, one in Little Rock and the main facility in North Little Rock.
