Todd Hickam, General Manager
Todd Hickam joined Ben E. Keith Company in 1995, and has held several positions with the Amarillo Division such as District Sales Representative, Produce Department Manager and as a District Sales Manager. He assumed the position of National Account Manager in the General Office in 2000 and then moved into the dual role of Assistant General Manager and acting Director of Purchasing and Marketing for the Albuquerque Division in 2003. Todd assumed the role of General Manager of the Albuquerque Division in 2007.
Philip Stavens, Assistant General Manager, Director of Purchasing, and Human Resource Manager
Philip started his career with Ben E. Keith in 1994, as a District Sales Representative in the Fort Worth area. He then moved into the purchasing area where he worked as the Non-Foods Purchasing Manager, and in 2000, was promoted to a District Sales Manager. In January 2008, Philip was named the Assistant General Manager for the Albuquerque Division.
Shaun McFaul, Operations Manager
Shaun McFaul joined Ben E. Keith in August of 1999, in the Amarillo Division as a day forklift operator. He has since served in the capacities of a receiver, dock foreman, Assistant Warehouse Manager and Inventory Control Manager. Shaun assumed the role of Operations Manager in 2004.
Keith Kimmel, Transportation Manager
Keith began his career with Ben E. Keith Foods in 2002 as a route driver. Keith has actively and continually added to his list of accomplishments. As Transportation Manager, Keith continues to exceed expectations with his development, training, and motivation of our first class drivers.
Sheri Fernandez, Marketing Manager
Sheri began her career with Ben E. Keith in 1999, in Customer Service and then seized the opportunity to build a solid Ben E. Keith foundation by accepting a promotion into Purchasing as a Non-Foods and Equipment and Supply Buyer. Sheri went on to be Customer Service Manager until she was promoted in 2003 to her current role of Marketing Manager.
Mary Underwood, Credit Manager
Mary moved from San Francisco, CA, in 2003, at which time she joined Ben E. Keith Foods. Mary came to Ben E. Keith with over twenty years of experience in the business finance industry.
Randy Mann, Information Systems Manager
Randy is a Ben E. Keith career man, proudly serving for over 30 years! Randy began with Ben E. Keith as a route driver in the Dallas area. He has held positions as a Night Warehouse Manager and Freezer Manager before going into Customer Service and then into Sales for 13 years. Randy moved into Information Technologies and joined the New Mexico division as I.S. Manager in 2000.
