Mike Needham, General Manager
Mike began his career with Ben E. Keith in 1991, after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in History. He has served in many capacities during his tenure with the company including Warehouseman, District Sales Representative, Produce Specialist, Purchasing Manager, District Sales Manager, Operations Manager. Since 1997, he has served as the Assistant General Manager and in 2008, was named the General Manager.
Doak Pierce, Assistant General Manager
Doak has been with Ben E. Keith since 1994. He has served as a District Sales Representative and a District Sales Manager before becoming Assistant General Manager. He holds a
BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Marco DiGiosia, Assistant General Manager and Director of Purchasing
Marco joined Ben E. Keith in 1996, as a sales trainee. Since this time he has held positions as Produce Specialist, District Sales Representative, District Sales Manager, Boxed Beef/Frozen Meat Buyer, Non-Foods Buyer, Grocery Buyer, and was promoted to Director of Purchasing in 2007. Although, Marco was announced as an Assistant General Manager in April 2008, he still serves as the Director of Purchasing.
John Marsh, Operations Manager
John has been with Ben E. Keith since 1992, serving in the capacities of warehouseman, Warehouse Supervisor, and most currently the Operations Manager. John is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a BS in Criminal Justice.
Amy Jones, Marketing Manager
Amy Jones was hired for the Marketing position by Ben E. Keith in 1997, after completing her education at University of Texas at San Antonio and acquiring her Bachelor of Business degree.
