Doug Swick, General Manager

Doug joined Ben E. Keith Company in 1979. He has held positions in Sales, Purchasing and as Branch Manager of Wichita Falls, Dallas and Fort Worth Divisions. In 1998, Doug assumed position of General Manager for the consolidated Dallas/Fort Worth Division.

Steve McWilliams, Assistant General Manager

Steve joined Ben E. Keith Company in 1983, and has held positions in Sales and Purchasing at the Fort Worth and Oklahoma Divisions. In 1999, with the union of the Fort Worth Branch and the Dallas Branch, Steve assumed the position of Assistant General Manager and is responsible for the business development, regional chain business and management of western sales territories.

Mike Ferrell, Assistant General Manager

Mike joined Ben E. Keith Company in 1990. He has held positions as Sales Representative and District Sales Manager before assuming the position of Assistant General Manager upon the merging of the Fort Worth and the Dallas Divisions in 1999. Mike oversees National Accounts and the eastern sales territories for the Dallas/Fort Worth Division.

Todd Yater, Director of Purchasing

Todd joined Ben E. Keith Company in 1992 and has held positions as a District Sales Representative for the Fort Worth area, District Sales Manager and as a Non-Food Purchaing Manager. In 2008, he assumed the duties as Director of Purchasing for the Dallas/Fort Worth Division.

Alan Moon, Operations Manager

Alan joined Ben E. Keith Company in 2003 bringing 16 years of experience in warehouse operations to the Dallas/Fort Worth Division. Alan began his career at Ben E. Keith as the Slot Optimization Manager before being promoted to Assistant Warehouse Operations Manager in 2004. In 2008 Alan was named Warehouse Operations Manager.

Mark Mullins, Director of Transportation

Mark joined Ben E. Keith Company in 1997, as Transporation Supervisor for the Fort Worth Division. He assumed the position of Director of Transportation in 1999, with the merge of the Fort Worth and Dallas Divisions. Mark oversees the largest transportation department in Ben E. Keith with more than 200 drivers covering Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.

Chris Snyder, Director of Marketing

Chris joined Ben E. Keith Company in 2002. He held a position as a District Sales Representative before assuming duties as the Director of Marketing in 2008, for the Dallas/Fort Worth Division

David Castillo, Human Resources Manager

David joined the Dallas/Fort Worth Division’s Transportation Department in 2003 after 18 years in the grocery wholesale business. He came to Ben E. Keith with a diversified background in Safety, Distribution, Project Management and Human Resources. He has served as Human Resources Manager since June, 2005.

Tammy Burgess, Credit Manager

Tammy joined Ben E Keith Company in 2001, with 18 years of experience in the credit industry. She was in the commercial building and banking industry prior to Ben E Keith.

Brad Flickner, Information Systems Manager

Brad joined Ben E. Keith Company in 1986, where he served in several office support positions , as well as sales support for the Oklahoma City Division. In 1998, Brad transferred and assumed the role of I.S. Support Manager for the consolidated Dallas/Fort Worth Division.
