Association for Healthcare Foodservice

The Association for Healthcare Foodservice (AHF) is a professional society that serves as the crossroads of creativity, innovation, efficiency and well being. They are dedicated to serving professionals in the self-operated healthcare foodservice industry. Their members represent those healthcare facilities that by choosing to keep their foodservice departments in-house instead of outsourcing them to third-party contractors, keep food and nutrition at the core of the healthcare experience.

Leading Age

LeadingAge is an association of 6,000 non-for-profit organizations dedicated to making America a better place to grow old. They advance policies, promote practices and conduct research that supports, enables, and empowers people to live fully as they age. Their promise: Inspire, Serve. Advocate.

Louisiana Assisted Living Association

Since it founding in 1999, the Louisiana Assisted Living Association has grown to become the primary voice for assisted living communities in Louisiana and the residents and families they serve. Their members include organizations that own, operate, manage, and/or develop assisted living communities and personal care homes. Their membership also includes a variety of Industry Partner (vendor) member companies that provide products and services to assisted living providers and their residents.

Louisiana Nursing Home Association


The Louisiana Nursing Home Association is a non-profit federation representing more than 250 non-profit and for-profit nursing facilities and assisted living communities that care for approximately 30,000 elderly and disabled individuals each day. LNHA is dedicated to serving the needs of our membership by providing public policy advocacy, education, professional development, quality initiatives and various other services. These tools allow members to offer the highest practicable measure of care to their residents.

Meals on Wheels of Texas

The Meals on Wheels Association of Texas (MOWAT) comprises home-delivered and/or congregated meal programs all over Texas. In just a few short years, MOWAT has made remarkable strides in providing education and networking opportunities to members and advocating on behalf of seniors and adults with disabilities in need of nutritional support.

National Association of College & University Food Services

For more than 50 years, the National Association of College & University Food Services has been supporting the college and university foodservice industry by providing members with the programs and resources they need to excel—from benchmarking and best practices to educational programming and professional networking.

New Mexico Health Care Association

The New Mexico Health Care Association/New Mexico Center for Assisted Living (NMHCA/NMCAL) is a professional trade association for facility-based long term care providers. Their mission is to support our members and to promote individual quality of life for the people they serve.

Texas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics

TAND, an affiliate of The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, is a not-for-profit professional organization of over 4,000 registered dietitians, dietetic technicians, and students in Texas.

Texas Assisted Living Association

The Texas Assisted Living Association (TALA) is a Chapter of the Assisted Living Federation of America exclusively dedicated to representing professionally operated assisted-care living communities and residential homes for the aged for seniors. TALA is dedicated to advancing public policy initiatives advocating for informed choice, quality care, and accessibility for all Texans.

The mission of the Texas Health Care Association is to unite, represent, and support professionals who strive to improve the delivery, quality, and integrity of long term healthcare services.

 

TOAL Region of NAEP

TOAL Region of NAEP is a non-profit professional Association primarily dedicated to serving higher education purchasing officers in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Their mission is to facilitate the development, exchange, and practice of efective and ethical procurement principles and techniques within higher education and associated communities, through continuing education, networking, public information and advocacy. NAEP is a member-focused association providing progressive knowledge management in strategic sourcing, supply chain, materials, and logistics for procurement professionals.
