RECIPE: Admiral of The Fleet Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese and Dill


  • 6 oz. smoked salmon (Admiral of the Fleet - Smoked Salmon)
  • 2 oz. capers, chopped
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Dill for garnish


Combine cream cheese, capers, lemon zest and juice, salt, and pepper. Spread on toast points; top with smoked salmon and dill.
