Ben E. Keith Health and Nutrition and Ancillary Services Department offers solutions and nutritional resources to customers such as healthcare, college & universities, private schools, correctional facilities, faith-based organizations, senior meal programs, camps and select hospitality venues.

Our customizable menu solutions include: cycle, selective or custom menus written to your specific dietary needs and meeting Federal and State Guidelines. Quantified recipes, nutritional analysis, resident preference tracking, and Holiday/Theme meals are also available utilizing our eMenuManage® system.

With Health and Nutrition Specialists including Registered Dietitians on staff, we offer assistance in ServSafe® training and offer new product innovative solutions such as the Zoo Crew® program for day cares, and our Savor A La Carte™ for residential and senior living communities Restaurant Style Dining.
