"Establishing Dominance"
In the heart of central Texas, the White Tail deer is a formidable animal which protects its territory and reign over his domain. The same could be said about the attitude and persistence of the San Antonio Division of Ben E. Keith Company.
In 2003, when the new Ben E. Keith warehouse was opened, Jack Bryant was commissioned to create a bronze statue that captures the essence of how the San Antonio Division goes to market. Mr. Bryant created a life-size bronze of two mature white tail bucks squaring off . . . antlers down . . . ears back . . . ready to fight for what is his.
The bronze is entitled “Establishing Dominance” which depicts the goal and future of Ben E. Keith.
