Ben E. Keith Foods Named Prime Vendor by Sonic - America's Drive-Ins

Ben E. Keith Foods and Sonic Drive-Ins recently signed a Prime Vendor Agreement to service over four hundred of Sonic’s locations. Service is expected to begin in February 2008 for approximately 170 units in West Texas and New Mexico, shipped from Ben E. Keith’s West Texas (Amarillo) Division. In March 2008, BEK’s Little Rock Division will begin service to over 250 Sonic locations in Arkansas, Northwest Mississippi and Memphis, Tennessee.
Sonic has built a dominant position in the drive-in restaurant business over the past fifty years, and today they are the largest chain of drive-in restaurants in America.
Ben E. Keith Foods, headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, is the nation’s ninth largest broadline foodservice distributor, and is comprised of six distribution centers servicing eleven states. The seventh distribution center is slated for the Houston metro area and will open in late 2009.
