Sponsorship Requirements
Ben E. Keith Company is the 4th largest beer distributor in the country. We market our products to be consumed responsibly by adults of legal drinking age and work closely with our suppliers to create responsible marketing opportunities. As a self regulated industry, our advertising and marketing codes require that we only advertise and sponsor events where at least 70% of the targeted audience will be of legal drinking age. The legal drinking age in Texas is 21 years.
What Types of Events do We Sponsor?
Ben E. Keith Company has sponsored a variety of events over the years including music festivals, charitable runs, other sporting events and community events that benefit the economic growth of our communities. We are open to reviewing any proposal as long as the event adheres to our responsible industry practices. If you are interested in having Ben E. Keith Company sponsor your event, please adhere to the above mentioned requirements so that we may consider your proposal.
When should we submit proposals?
Due to an increase in event sponsorship proposal submissions, we ask that you submit your proposals to us as soon as you possibly can. We begin the budgeting process in October for the following year’s events. With this being said, you must have a proposal submitted to us by the end of October for consideration of sponsorship for the following year. All proposals submitted before the end of October 2011 will be considered for sponsorship for 2012.
