Sponsorship Requirements

Ben E. Keith Company is a Anheuser-Busch Distributor. We market our products to be consumed responsibly by adults of legal drinking age. We work closely with our brewery, Anheuser-Busch, to create responsible marketing opportunities. As a self regulated industry, our advertising and marketing codes require that we only advertise and sponsor events where at least 70% of the targeted audience will be of legal drinking age or over that age limit. The legal drinking age in Texas is 21 years.

What Types of Events do We Sponsor?

Ben E. Keith Company has sponsored a variety of events over the years including music festivals, charitable runs, other sporting events and community events that benefit the economic growth of our communities. We are open to reviewing any proposal as long as the event adheres to our responsible industry practices. If you are interested in having Ben E. Keith Company sponsor your event please adhere to those requirements so that we may consider your proposal.
