Cicerone Certification Program
In a continuing effort to educate our employees in this ever-changing industry, we have begun an in-house comprehensive training program called the Cicerone Certification Program. Founded and run by Ray Daniels, a veteran of the US beer industry and president of the Craft Beer Institute, it covers everything from product storage and serving, to beer and ale styles. Cicerone offers independent assessment and certification in all aspects of beer knowledge to industry professionals as well as interested consumers. It designates those with proven expertise in selecting, acquiring and serving today’s wide range of beers.
