Ours is a simple story.

Barons started with two mates that loved making and drinking great beer. After years on the sideline, we turned our passion into reality and commitment to bringing great tasting, truly Australian beer to the world. It seems like just yesterday we had a single beer and only a couple of staff. Nowadays, with more than forty people on the team, Barons is available all over Australia, and can be found around the world in countries such as the U.S., Russia and the U.K. How cool is that?

Lemon Myrtle Witbier

Barons Lemon Myrtle Witbier is the real Australian version of Belgian-style white beer. Flavored native Australian Lemon Myrtle, this beer is a perfect balance of zesty lemon rind and ripe citrus fruit flavours. Being bottle-conditioned, this cloudy ale is lively on the palate yet suprisingly smooth.

“For me, there’s nothing better than kicking back by the water with a Witbier, or having a few with a steaming pot of mussels or a fesh beer battered Barra and chips. It’s a crackin’ good start to a summer afternoon’s session” says Boss Baron and Managing Director, Scott Garnett.


Black Wattle Superior

Black Wattle is crafted for those who demand the finest of beers. Its character is born from the selected blend of roasted barley and wheat, with a subtle hopping and the unique infusion of Australian wattle seed. The resulting beer offers a superb balance of flavor and complexity, richness in color with lasting creamy head. Barons Black Wattle has an aroma of roasted nuts and chocolate with a flavor of complex malt with hazelnut, toffee, caramel and dark chocolate. It is deep amber brown in color and has 5.8% alcohol by volume.
