Heiner Brau
Owner and brewmaster, Henryk “Heiner” Orlik, is one of a select few German brew masters in the United States. In 1972, at the age of 16, Henryk began his brewing career in Germany. His education in brewing was thorough and laborious, as it took a little more than seven years to obtain his final degree from the Doemens School of Brewers and Malsters. His focus is on quality and he is committed to his craftsmanship. His dedication to the art of brewing is strictly according to the German Purity Law of 1516- also known as “Reinheitsgebot.” That means no adjuncts, no artificial carbonation and no other additives are used to enhance the brewing process. Just simple malted barley, hops, yeast, water and the true experience of a German brewmaster makes Heiner Brau beers tasty and refreshing.
