North Coast Brewing
A pioneer in the craft beer movement, opened in 1988 as a local brewpub in the historic town of Fort Bragg, located on California’s Mendocino Coast. Red Seal Ale
Malt and hops are beautifully married in this full-bodied, copper-red Pale Ale. Red Seal is generously hopped for a long, spicy finish. Real Seal excellent accompaniment to grilled meats and rich sauces. This American Amber Ale contains 5.5% ABV with 42 IBU’s.
Scrimshaw Pilsner
Named for the delicate engravings popularized by 19th century seafarers, Scrimshaw is a fresh tasting Pilsner brewed in the finest European tradition using Munich malt and, Hallertauer and Tettnang hops. Scrimshaw has a subtle hop character, a crisp, clean palate, and dry finish. This pilsner is a pale straw color with 4.4% ABV and 22 IBU’s.
Old Rasputin Imperial Stout
Produced in the tradition of 18th Century English brewers who supplied the court of Russia’s Catherine the Great, Old Rasputin seems to develop a cult following wherever it goes. It’s a rich, intense brew with big complex flavors and a warming finish. This Russian Imperial Stout is black in color with 9% ABV and 75 IBU’s.
Pranqster
(Belgian Style Golden Ale)Belgian Ales represent the height of the brewers’ art. Sophisticated brewing techniques, yeast blends and unique flavoring elements have elevated the beers of Belgium to the status enjoyed by wine in other countries. Pranqster follows in this tradition using a mixed culture of antique yeast strains that produce a floral nose, a full fruity flavor and a clean finish. This wonderful Belgian Style Golden Ale is a soft golden color with 7.6% ABV and 20 IBU’s.
Brother Thelonious
(Belgian Style Abbey Ale)Like a Belgian “Dark Strong Ale”, the beer is rich and robust with an ABV of 9.4%. The package is a 750 ml bottle with a traditional cork and wire finish and features a label picturing the jazz master himself. This Abbey Ale is dark mahogany in color and has 32 IBU’s.
Le Merle
Le Merle is a rustic ale, pale in color, inspired by the rich brewing traditions of the Flanders region. Abundant hops and a Belgian yeast strain contribute exotic aromas of tropical fruit.Best With: This beer is a miracle with food. Enjoy it with salmon steaks, Thai food, spicy Mexican dishes, Vietnamese food, steaks, Cajun dishes, and well aged Gouda cheese.
ABV: 7.9%
Blue Start Wheat
Choice American barley and wheat malts are combined with a blend of noble hops to create this light, fruity, refreshing beer. Brewed in the style of the American beer renaissance, Blue Star is unfiltered, the yeast adding a complex note to the flavor profile.Best With: This wheat beer pairs great with lighter fare, particularly salads with a citrus dressing. For a change of pace, try this wheat beer with a wedge of lemon or orange.

Cru D' Or Organic Belgian Style Ale
Belgian yeasts are legendary for the fruity flavor and floral bouquet theygive beer. Hundreds are used by Belgian brewers, and each is unique. Cru d?Or, a Belgian-Style Dubble, is an homage to this magic ingredient, and the result is a world-class beer that is lush and profoundly aromatic with a warming finish.
