Red Seal Ale
Malt and hops are beautifully married in this full-bodied, copper-red Pale Ale. Red Seal is generously hopped for a long, spicy finish. Real Seal excellent accompaniment to grilled meats and rich sauces. This American Amber Ale contains 5.5% ABV with 42 IBU’s.
Scrimshaw Pilsner
Named for the delicate engravings popularized by 19th century seafarers, Scrimshaw is a fresh tasting Pilsner brewed in the finest European tradition using Munich malt and, Hallertauer and Tettnang hops. Scrimshaw has a subtle hop character, a crisp, clean palate, and dry finish. This pilsner is a pale straw color with 4.4% ABV and 22 IBU’s.
Old Rasputin Imperial Stout
Produced in the tradition of 18th Century English brewers who supplied the court of Russia’s Catherine the Great, Old Rasputin seems to develop a cult following wherever it goes. It’s a rich, intense brew with big complex flavors and a warming finish. This Russian Imperial Stout is black in color with 9% ABV and 75 IBU’s.
Pranqster (Belgian Style Golden Ale)
Belgian Ales represent the height of the brewers’ art. Sophisticated brewing techniques, yeast blends and unique flavoring elements have elevated the beers of Belgium to the status enjoyed by wine in other countries. Pranqster follows in this tradition using a mixed culture of antique yeast strains that produce a floral nose, a full fruity flavor and a clean finish. This wonderful Belgian Style Golden Ale is a soft golden color with 7.6% ABV and 20 IBU’s.
