D'Achouffe


At the end of the seventies, two brothers-in-law, Pierre Gobron and Chris Bauweraerts, decided to create their own beer in their own brewery. With little money initially committed (5,000 USD) they started what fans of the brewery call a “Chouffe story”. It began as a hobby and quickly transpired to be one of the most imported Belgian craft beers in Quebec. The brewery never had a desire to produce copies of existing beers and consequently, their brews are distinctive and unique.

Alcohol content: 8.0%

Golden Ale is a strong, spicy, and lightly hoppy brew, with a unique taste. Natural Beer, bottle re-fermented, unfiltered, not pasteurized and without any additives


McChouffe (The Skotch from the Ardennes)

McChouffe is a dark ale, strong, spicy, lightly hoppy, with a delightful taste. Natural Beer, bottle re-fermented, unfiltered, not pasteurized and without any additives.


D' Achouffe Houblin

The HOUBLON CHOUFFE was brewed for the first time in 2006. It is an ?Indian Pale ale? type of beer, with a harmonious balance between a marked bitterness (three types of hops are used to make it) and a pleasant fruitiness. The HOUBLON CHOUFFE is unfiltered, and re-fermented in the bottle as well as in the keg.
